Seniors play active roles in every aspect of congregational life.   On any given Sunday you will see them singing in the choir, and helping on teams who teach young children during worship.  You will also see our seniors taking on roles during our church dramas and working in the kitchen to prepare and deliver tasty food and treats for receptions throughout the year.

They have organized their own bowling league and bowl together every Tuesday afternoon at the Woodside Bowlarama (31 Atlantic Ave, Dartmouth, NS).   At least once a year, the entire church gathers to honour our seniors with a luncheon– not because of their advanced years but because of the love, service, and living legacy they are to this community of faith.

Every six weeks we bless the seniors who live at Oakwood Terrance with an onsite worship service complete with live music and our choir.
